Red Chinese sauce

Below I will tell you more about how to make Chinese red sauce. Removing the seeds from the chili pepper before grinding will result in a less spicy sauce. The sauce is quick and easy to prepare and can be stored in the refrigerator for about a week.
Prepare all ingredients.
Dissolve starch in water.
Cut the hot chili pepper into rings. Finely chop the garlic.
Blend the chili peppers with water, sugar, kochukaru peppers, salt and vinegar in a blender until smooth.
Pour the resulting mass into a saucepan, pour in the diluted starch. Bring to a boil and simmer the sauce over low heat for 5 minutes.
Pour the finished sauce into a jar and cool.
Red Chinese sauce is ready!
