Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making apricots with gelfix.

Wash the apricots and let drain with water, remove the seeds, dividing into slices. Mix two tablespoons with gelfix and mix with apricots. Leave everything for 6-8 hours so that the apricots release their juice.

Put everything on a slow fire and bring to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes.

Add sugar to the apricots, mix gently and cook after boiling for 5 minutes. Pour into dry sterilized jars and cool completely. After that, close the jars and put away for storage.
