Short description
Preparation description:
Bone berries are very tender and full of juice, so they do not tolerate long transportation. But they have a lot of vitamins and minerals. Compote is stored in a dry basement and at room temperature in the apartment. If you make a sweeter version, you can dilute it with water.
Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making bone marrow compote for the winter.
Separate the berries from the stalk, rinse and put in a sterilized jar.
Add 100 grams of sugar to the jar.
Bring the water to a boil and fill the jar with berries to the very top. Cover with a boiled lid and let stand for 15 minutes.
Drain the liquid into a saucepan.
Pour sugar into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Boil for 2 minutes.
Pour boiling syrup over a jar of berries, close tightly and turn upside down. Wrap the compote until it cools completely and put it away for storage.
Good preparations!
