Preparation description:
The cupcake is not very sweet, so you can increase the amount of sugar a little or sprinkle powdered sugar on top of the cupcake. Chocolate drops can be replaced with chopped dark chocolate.
Gather all the ingredients you need to make Chocolate Blueberry Cupcake. Sort the berries, rinse and dry.
Pour baked milk into a bowl and break the egg, mix.
Add sugar, salt and melted butter to a bowl. Mix everything well until the salt and sugar dissolve.
In another bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder and baking powder.
Combine both masses to a homogeneous, thick dough. Add chocolate chips to it and stir.
Add blueberries to the batter and stir.
Grease an 18 cm baking dish with vegetable oil and sprinkle with flour. Transfer the dough from the bowl to the mold and smooth it out.
Place the cake mold in a hot oven and bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes, until a dry match. After a while, remove the cake from the mold, cool on a wire rack and serve.
