Crostini with cherries

Prepare all ingredients.

Wash the cherries, remove the pits and cut the berries in half.

Pour into a baking dish, pour sweet syrup with olive oil, lemon juice (about 1-2 tsp) and sprinkle with lemon zest, Stir and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Cut the baguette into slices diagonally. Fry in a dry frying pan until golden brown. Cool down.

Brush baguette slices with cream cheese.

Lay the cherry on top.
