Below I will tell you in more detail how to cook garlic pickled in vinegar. Optionally, you can additionally add a sprig of rosemary or thyme, lemon zest or suneli hops to the jar for flavor.

Prepare all ingredients.

Divide the garlic into cloves, peel.

Boil the garlic for 3 minutes in boiling salted water. Then fold on a sieve and rinse in cold water.

Transfer the cloves to a clean, sterilized jar.

For marinade, boil water with sugar, salt, black peppercorns and bay leaf. Boil for 1 minute, pour in the vinegar, bring to a boil again and remove from the stove.

Pour in the marinade. Screw on the lid tightly. Leave at room temperature for 4 days.

After the garlic is ready to eat, or you can put it in a dark and cool place for storage.
