Prepare all ingredients for making lasagna.
Cut the onion into small cubes, fry in a small amount of vegetable oil, add chopped garlic, hold for another minute.
Transfer the minced meat to the pan, fry it together with the onion for about 15 minutes, constantly breaking up the lumps with a wooden spoon.
Add tomato puree and water from the kettle, stir, simmer the minced meat over moderate heat for 10 minutes, salt and pepper it to taste.
Melt butter in a saucepan, add flour, stir.
Pour in the milk, stir quickly with a whisk so that no lumps form. As soon as the white sauce begins to thicken, lightly salt and pepper it too.
Boil the lasagne sheets for 2-3 minutes in lightly salted water.
Brush the bottom of an ovenproof dish with white sauce.
Lay out the lasagna sheets slightly overlapping, put half of the minced meat in tomato sauce on them.
Pour a layer of minced meat with a small amount of white sauce, sprinkle with parmesan.
Repeat the layer again, top with the remaining lasagne sheets, drizzle generously with the remaining white sauce and sprinkle with parmesan. Send the form to the oven preheated to 190 degrees for 35-40 minutes in the “top / bottom” mode.
Cut the finished homemade lasagna into portions and serve as an independent dish.
