This amount of ingredients is enough for approximately one adult and one children’s serving. If you have a lot of eaters, then increase the products proportionally. Prepare all ingredients.
Rinse the cereal and pour boiling water over it. Leave for 10 minutes to remove bitterness.
Then drain the water.
Add water and milk. Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes. Stir the cereal occasionally.
Then add salt and sugar to taste. Stir and cook for 5 more minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat, cover with a lid, wrap with a towel and let stand for another 10-15 minutes.
