Mom’s pancakes

Preparation description:
Delicious and mouth-watering pancakes according to my mother’s recipe are soft, velvety in taste. Thanks to the added butter, the pastry becomes tender and fragrant.

Prepare the indicated ingredients. Instead of kefir, you can use milk of any fat content.

Beat chicken eggs into a deep container and add salt, granulated sugar. Vanilla sugar can be added if desired. Beat everything with a whisk for about 1-2 minutes.

Pour in kefir and water. Melt the butter in the microwave or over a double boiler and add to the bowl. This will be the secret ingredient that will make pastries softer and more aromatic, giving them a creamy taste! Beat everything for 1-2 minutes.

Pour the wheat flour and stir it into the liquid mass. Leave the dough for 15 minutes to activate the gluten. Then pour vegetable oil into it and mix.

Bake pancakes in a frying pan, pouring half a ladleful of dough onto a heated surface and rounding it. Don’t forget to grease the pan with vegetable oil the first time.

Put ruddy pancakes on a plate, roll up rolls or envelopes and serve with fragrant tea, coffee.
