Raspberry jam is not only a wonderful dessert, but also a great cold remedy. Lemon will add vitamins and the jam will become even more useful and fragrant!
Prepare the ingredients for making raspberry jam.
Wash the raspberries gently in cold water. Place the berries in a wide saucepan or basin.
Pour sugar into the berries.
Leave for a few hours until the raspberries release their juice.
Wash the lemon, remove the pits and finely chop along with the peel. Add to raspberries with sugar and stir.
Bring raspberries with sugar and lemon to a boil. After the fire, reduce and cook the berry for 20 minutes on a fire slightly below medium.
Then remove the foam. Sterilize jars and fill with hot jam. Roll up the lids.
Raspberry jam with lemon is ready. Serve for dessert.
