Prepare the ingredients for the salad.

Hard boil eggs, cool and peel. Cut eggs and pickled or pickled cucumber into cubes.

Boil the potatoes in their skins, cool, peel and finely chop. Finely chop the onion and pour over with boiling water so that it is not bitter in the salad. You can take a sweet lettuce.

Boil carrots, cool, peel and cut into cubes. Wash the hearts, cut off the fat, blood vessels, remove blood clots. Put in a saucepan, add a little salt, bring to a boil. Boil the hearts until soft, 20-25 minutes. Then remove from the pan, cool, chop and add to the salad.

Salad, pepper and season with mayonnaise.

Mix all salad ingredients.
