Salad “Mood”

Preparation description:
For salad, you can use any mushrooms you like. I took frozen forest mushrooms, but champignons are quite suitable. Mayonnaise can be replaced with thick, fatty sour cream or thick yogurt.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients for the preparation of the salad “Mood”. Hard boil the eggs and cool, divide the Beijing cabbage into leaves and rinse them.

Peel the onion and chop finely. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, add chopped onions and mushrooms. Fry everything over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring, remove from heat and cool.

Remove the skin and bones from the boiled chicken and cut into cubes, put in a bowl. Add finely chopped herbs to the chicken.

Cut the Chinese cabbage leaves into cubes and add to the salad.

Peel the boiled eggs, cut into cubes and add to the salad bowl.

Grate the cheese on a medium grater and add to the salad.

Salad, season with mayonnaise, mix and serve immediately.
