Description of preparation:

The easiest way to make lilies is from onions, but you can also cut flowers from peppers, eggs or cucumbers. The tongue for salad can be taken from either beef or pork. Mayonnaise can be replaced with sour cream or natural yogurt.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients to prepare the salad. Wash the vegetables, boil the egg hard and cool.

Cut the cucumbers and peppers into small cubes and place in a salad bowl.

Drain the liquid from the canned peas and place in a salad bowl.

Peel the eggs, cut into cubes and add to the salad.

Salt the salad, season with mayonnaise and mix. Transfer the salad to a serving dish and garnish with lilies. To do this, cut the purple onion into slices lengthwise and divide into pieces.
