Below I will tell you more about how to make sugar-free sorbet. Instead of apricots, you can use any other fruit or berries. I use erythritol as a sugar substitute, but stevia will also work (adjust the amount to taste).
Prepare all ingredients.
Wash the apricots, cut in half and remove the pits. Large apricots can be cut into smaller pieces.
Boil water with erythritol and boil for 1 minute.
Add apricots to the resulting syrup, bring to a boil again and boil for 5 minutes. Remove from fire and cool.
Grind apricots with syrup with a blender until smooth puree.
Transfer the apricot puree to a food container and place in the freezer. Take out and stir every hour.
Sorbet without sugar is ready, enjoy your meal!
