St. John’s wort, oregano and mint tea
For everyone who loves tea, but at the same time wants to get the maximum benefit, I suggest brewing tea from fragrant herbs. Today we will prepare tea from St. John’s wort, and to complement the taste, add mint and oregano.
The tea is very fragrant, but keep in mind that any herb or honey can cause an allergic reaction. Therefore, when brewing any new herb, make sure that there will be no allergy to it. Such tea can also be brewed from dried herbs, but as with any medicine, you should not drink such tea all the time.
