For everyone who loves tea, but at the same time wants to get the maximum benefit, I suggest brewing tea from fragrant herbs. Today we will prepare tea from St. John’s wort, and to complement the taste, add mint and oregano.
Preparation description:
The tea is very fragrant, but keep in mind that any herb or honey can cause an allergic reaction. Therefore, when brewing any new herb, make sure that there will be no allergy to it. Such tea can also be brewed from dried herbs, but as with any medicine, you should not drink such tea all the time.

How to make St. John’s wort, oregano and mint tea
Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making tea from St. John’s wort, oregano and mint. Wash the herbs and shake off the water.
Put St. John’s wort and oregano in a kettle scalded with boiling water.
Separate the mint leaves from the stems and place in a teapot.
Bring the water to a boil and pour into the kettle. Close it with a lid, wrap it up and let it brew for 20 minutes. Open the teapot, put a couple of slices of lime or lemon, let the tea cool to a warm state. Add honey, stir and serve.
