Sugar cookies with butter

These delicious cookies look like store-bought ones, but taste much better! Try to cook it at home with the help of your family, friends and children. Serve with tea, coffee, lemonade, etc.

Prepare the following ingredients. If desired, you can add vanilla sugar or ground cinnamon to them.

Beat the chicken egg in a bowl or salad bowl with sugar and salt for about 2-3 minutes.

Melt the butter and pour it into a container. You can replace butter with margarine, but not spread.

Mix everything and add baking powder and premium wheat flour. If you like cookies with sourness, then add a pinch of citric acid or lemon juice – 1 tsp. Mix everything thoroughly.

Wrap the resulting shortcrust pastry in cling film and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Then divide it into equal parts and roll each into a bun. Pour the breading sugar onto a plate and roll the workpiece in it on one side, flattening it slightly.

Place the parchment paper on a baking sheet, and place the sugar-coated pieces on it, but at an equal distance from each other.

Bake cookies at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes on medium. Place the finished cookies on a plate and let them cool, they will become crispy.

Serve the pastries with your favorite drinks.
