Summer season is open! Cooking salads from the first greens and grilled dishes
The first warm days beckon summer residents to their plots. Ahead are months of hard work and the expectation of gratitude in the form of a harvest. But the summer menu is also worth considering, because summer is a great time for fresh salads and grilled dishes. And we’re excited to share the options!
After a few sunny weeks, juicy greenery will appear on the beds. And this means that you can arrange a kind of celebration of the “first bunch of greenery.” Cut lettuce, spinach, dill, parsley, add a few cucumbers and season everything with sour cream, season with salt, pepper and garlic – and you get a surprisingly healthy and tasty Young Green salad.
You can make a cool nettle salad while it’s still young and juicy. Be sure to pour boiling water over it and dry it. Add all the greens that are on hand, as well as a couple of boiled eggs. Season with sour cream, salt and pepper.
Dill, parsley, onions, and other herbs can make a great spread base for sandwiches. Add cottage cheese and a little sour cream, beat until smooth, season and a healthy snack is ready.
Spring salad with radish, cucumber, herbs is a storehouse of vitamins. You can fill it with vegetable oil, sprinkle with vinegar or lemon juice.
The summer season begins, quick meals for busy gardeners are more relevant than ever. Catch some easy snack ideas that you can whip up.
- grilled vegetables (zucchini, bell peppers or mushrooms) – just marinate, put on a wire rack and brown.

- Lemon – 1/3 pc.;
- Salt, pepper and herbs – to taste.
Wash the fish, dry it and put it in a deep bowl. Add oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste, and some chopped herbs. Stir and leave for half an hour. Then put on the grill and fry on the grill until golden brown and cooked.
