Sweet buns “Bukhti”
Preparation description:
You can cook sweet buns “Bukhti” with jam or any jam, as long as it is thick. I offer you the classic version. When the buns have cooled, they can be frozen and, if necessary, then thawed and reheated. They will be like freshly baked! You can cut the buns lengthwise into 2-3 pieces and toast them in a toaster for wonderfully sweet breakfast toast. And how good are fragrant fresh buns just with freshly brewed hot tea, coffee or a glass of cold milk. Impossible to resist! The buns are tender, fluffy and incredibly airy, be sure to try it!
Prepare all ingredients.
Combine warm milk, sugar and yeast. Leave for 10 minutes.
Pour in beaten eggs with vanilla sugar and salt.
Pour in the melted butter.
Gradually add flour.
Knead the dough for at least 5 minutes. The finished dough is non-sticky, elastic and soft. Cover the bowl with the dough with a towel and leave in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours.
The dough should double in size.
Divide the dough into 12 parts, form each piece into a ball shape and place in a greased heat-resistant form at some distance from each other.
Cover the blanks with a towel and leave for 40 minutes. Before baking, brush the pastries with a beaten egg with 1 tbsp. milk.
Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Sweet buns “Bukhti” are ready. Let them cool down a bit and you can make tea. Bon appetit!
