Tarragon on soda

Preparation description:

Tarragon, also known as tarragon, has a very strong aroma and gives a beautiful green color. Lemonade based on it can be served not only to relatives, but also to cook on the festive table. And you can add only lemons or only lime juice to lemonade. If desired, add ice to the pitcher for extra cooling.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making tarragon on soda.

Pour sugar into a saucepan and pour in water, cook everything for 2 minutes after boiling.

Rinse the tarragon, shake off the water and separate the leaves from the branches. Put the leaves in syrup and bring to a boil, remove from heat. Close the saucepan with a lid and leave to infuse for two hours.

Punch the tarragon with syrup with a blender until smooth.

Strain the mass through several layers of gauze.

Squeeze juice from lemon and lime. Pour the tarragon syrup into a jug, add lemon and lime juice. Pour soda into pitcher and serve.

Happy use!
