Trifles with peach
Colorful striped trifles with peaches will delight both adults and children! They turn out very juicy and tasty, the main thing is to let them soak in the cold for at least 1 hour.
Prepare the indicated ingredients. You can use any kind of milk: cow, goat, coconut.
Pour sugar into a ladle or pan with a non-stick bottom, add chicken yolks there. If the yolks are large, then add two instead of four.
Pour in cold milk and add wheat flour. Beat everything with a whisk so that the flour does not stray into lumps. Place the container on the stove, including moderate heat.
Brew the custard for 10-12 minutes, stirring it with a whisk. Then cover it with cling film, take it out to the cold and chill for 1 hour. You can mix 40 grams of butter into the cream.
After the cream has cooled, break the cake into small pieces and pour half of them into bowls or glasses.
Put in each container 2-3 tbsp. cream. Rinse and cut the peaches into slices, put half on the cream. Sprinkle with the remaining crumbs from the cake and spread the cream again.
Lay out the peach slices and place the trifles in the refrigerator to soak for 1 hour.
After the specified time, the chilled dessert can be served at the table.
