Tuscan minced meat soup
Description of preparation:
Tuscan soup is prepared simply and relatively quickly. Use any minced meat you like. Also choose the fat content of the cream yourself. The soup may be more or less thick, adjust accordingly.
Prepare the ingredients to make Tuscan minced meat soup.
Peel, wash and cut the potatoes as desired. Place in a saucepan and fill with water. Add a little salt.
Place minced meat and 15 grams of butter in a frying pan. Stirring occasionally, fry the minced meat for 10 minutes, breaking up any lumps with a spatula.
Finely chop the garlic and onion. Add to the pan with minced meat. Salt and pepper. Season with ground paprika and basil. Add the remaining 15 grams of butter.
Fry the minced meat for another 7-8 minutes.
Place the boiled potatoes in a separate bowl, pour in some of the water in which they were boiled and blend with a blender into a fluffy puree.
Add fried minced meat with garlic, onion and seasonings.
Pour in the remaining potato broth. Cook the soup for another 5-6 minutes. Then add cream.
Stir the soup with cream.
