Prepare the ingredients for making dumplings.

Knead the dough. Pour flour and salt into a bowl. Add sunflower oil.

Mix the dough ingredients in a bowl with a spoon. Turn out onto a floured surface and knead into a stiff yet elastic dough. Cover it with cling film and let it rest for 20 minutes.

Wash the apricots, remove the pits and chop finely.

Roll out the dough into a layer and cut out circles using a glass or other notch. Place apricot slices in the middle of the circles.

Pinch the edges of the circles and form dumplings. Put on a plate sprinkled with flour.
