Warm arugula and beef salad
Arugula is ideal for salad, but it can be replaced with leaf lettuce, and cherry tomatoes with ordinary tomatoes. You need to salt the salad just before serving, so that the cherry tomatoes and arugula do not let the juice go. And you should not fry the beef for a long time, it will become tough, but this is the case if you are sure of the quality of the meat.
Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making a warm salad with arugula and beef. Sort and rinse the arugula leaves, lay them on a paper towel and let dry. Wash the cherry and wipe dry.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and lay out the beef, cut into thin strips. Fry it for one minute.
Sprinkle beef with spices, add chopped garlic and pour in soy sauce. Fry the meat for another 1-2 minutes, remove from heat.
Arrange the arugula on a plate.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half or quarters and arrange on top of the arugula.
Spread the fried beef on top of the salad and pour over the meat sauce after frying.
