Tuna and egg sandwich

You will need:

  • 1 egg;
  • 2 slices of bread;
  • 1 tomato;
  • 40 g canned tuna;
  • greenery;
  • spices.

How to cook:

  1. Boil the egg hard (10 minutes after boiling water). Peel, finely chop or grate.
  2. Drain excess liquid from canned tuna. Mix it with the egg. Add salt and your favorite spices if desired. Wash and chop the tomato.
  3. The bread can be toasted in a frying pan or in a toaster. Spoon the tuna and egg mixture onto the bread slices. On top – one or several tomato slices. Cover the whole thing with another piece of bread. A hearty and healthy snack is ready!

Roll with chicken and vegetables

You will need:

  • 2 thin pita breads;
  • 1 chicken fillet;
  • Chinese cabbage to taste;
  • 1 cucumber;
  • 1 bell pepper;
  • Korean carrots (optional);
  • 5 slices of cheese;
  • 4 tbsp. sour cream;
  • 4 sun-dried tomatoes;
  • dry garlic to taste;
  • paprika;
  • Italian herbs;
  • salt.

How to cook:

  1. Pre-boil the chicken fillet or bake it in the oven. When the meat has cooled, cut it into medium pieces.
  2. Wash the cabbage and chop finely. Also chop the bell pepper into thin slices.
  3. For the sauce, combine sour cream, sun-dried tomatoes and spices. Beat the mixture with an immersion blender.
  4. Place vegetables on pita bread and pour sauce over it. Then add the fillet pieces and add more sauce. On top is cheese. Roll the pita bread tightly.
  5. Heat a frying pan without oil and fry the roll on both sides (until you get an appetizing golden crust).

Egg sandwich

You will need:

  • 10 g bacon;
  • 2 slices of white bread;
  • 20 g Edam cheese;
  • 1 tomato;
  • 1 tbsp homemade mayonnaise (yogurt);
  • 10 g butter;
  • 1 chicken egg;
  • 3 lettuce leaves.

How to cook:

  1. Fry thin slices of bacon until golden brown. Warm the bread. Spread one half of the sandwich with mayonnaise (yogurt); put cheese, tomato slices, bacon and lettuce on the other.
  2. Meanwhile, fry an egg in butter.
  3. Place the finished fried egg on the lettuce and cover with the other half of the sandwich. The snack is perfectly stored in the lunch box.

Club sandwich with cheese, bacon and avocado

You will need:

  • 2 pieces of bacon;
  • 1 clove of garlic;
  • 60 g mayonnaise;
  • 0.5 tbsp lemon juice;
  • 1 tomato;
  • 6 slices of bread;
  • half an avocado;
  • 2 slices of processed cheese.

How to cook:

  1. Preheat the grill (pan). Add bacon and fry for 2 minutes on both sides until golden brown. Meanwhile, mix mayonnaise, chopped garlic and lemon juice. Add ground black pepper. Place 4 pieces of bread on the grill and cook on one side for 1 minute until golden brown.
  2. Place 2 pieces of toast on a board, toasted side down. Lubricate them with garlic mayonnaise, then put tomatoes cut into thin circles, then a piece of cheese.
  3. Place a slice of regular bread on top of the cheese, spreading it with the remaining mayonnaise, then the bacon.
  4. Mash the avocado to a puree and place it on top of the mayonnaise. Cover the sandwich with the remaining pieces of toasted bread, toasted side up. Press lightly.
  5. Place pieces of cheese on top so that it completely covers the top bread and hangs over the sides. Ready-made sandwiches are best eaten warm.

Sweet sandwiches with apples and cheese

You will need:

  • 1 green apple
  • 200 g whole grain bread
  • 100 g Cheddar cheese
  • Olive oil to taste

How to cook:

  1. Preheat the grill, frying pan or grill. Slice the cheese into 8 thin slices. Slice the apple thinly as well.
  2. Place 4 pieces of bread on a work surface, place a piece of cheese on each, then a layer of apples (pears), then a layer of cheese and cover everything with the remaining bread.
  3. Spray the pieces on both sides with olive oil and place them on the grill (frying pan).
  4. Grill the whole thing for about 3-5 minutes, turning once, until the cheese is melted and the sandwiches are lightly browned. Transfer to a board and cut in half.
