Wok noodles with pork and vegetables
Description of preparation:
The noodles turn out very tasty and filling. If you are afraid that the eggplants will be bitter, cut them in advance, add salt and let them sit for 10 minutes, then rinse and let the water drain. You can add green beans and others to the vegetables.
Prepare all the necessary ingredients to prepare wok noodles with pork and vegetables. Wash and dry the vegetables.
Rinse the pork, dry with a paper towel and cut into thin strips, place in a bowl. Add chopped garlic, salt, pepper to the meat and leave for two hours.
Boil the noodles until almost done, place in a sieve, rinse and let the water drain completely.
Pour vegetable oil into a wok and heat over high heat. Place the pork in the wok and fry, stirring. This will take literally a few minutes.
Cut the vegetables into strips and add to the pork. Fry everything, stirring for 10 minutes, until soft.
Pour soy sauce into the wok, add noodles, stir and simmer for another 5 minutes.
